I now make graphic design-illustration-fine art-typography hand made artworks of posters for my own events and others venues, shows, and events. This is in the hopeless romantic expressionist cartoonist realism/surrealism style. I can also make hand made Typography posters of my own special stylized fonts designed to show both art, interesting visuals and designs, and the information regarding your show or event that the public would need to know and be visibly seen on the poster/event flyer promotional materials.

How much the fee for the art would be to the person or company all would need to be agreed upon and taken care of before starting the artwork for you and your event or movie project you are working on and need a poster design for.
I get paid up front before I start and do an agreed commission of the illustration poster artwork before I start so the client or fan knows what they will be getting from me and will not back out if both client and artist are in agreement on the look or the kind of content on the surrealism poster. No backing out without payment and not using the poster art for your show or event at the last minute after I finished the artwork and spent a whole week painting it. serious consignments only for poster illustrations. No contact only through facebook with no personal email business or home address to reach you at and I will also need a personal or business phone number to call that you will be at if I need to reach you. If you are on the fence about it and might not pay me anything at all at the end and want to change your mind...I can't work for you. If there is No upfront payment agreement we make, and no confirmed contact we agreed on first as to the poster and it's content or information to be drawn and painted on the poster, then I can't start on making you the poster illustration.
I can do posters and DVD cover art for your independent movies and films. I do not use photoshop or computer graphics. My current methods are a bit analog and archaic in a very traditional artist painting drawing method sense. Currently I make the art on large poster size drawing pad paper, using fountain ink pens, dip pen and ink with a detail paint brush, and watercolors paint. I'm good with color. the nice part about posters on drawing paper is that compared to ceramics the process does not have problems of things breaking easily or being exploded during the kiln firing. As of now just starting out making and designing poster art for others I make the art on a 2-D surface. I then just take a good high quality photograph picture with my camera myself using my tripod and email the you the digital jpeg image of the poster .
My art is strange and weird and intense. But I am not comfortable with a few things like racist hatred beliefs so I will not do posters of things that I myself would not want my name attached to. If I do not agree with the idea or voice behind a politically charged poster, I may or may not opt out of working on that theme and projects.
I keep all my original art unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand with the client/buyer I am working with. Poster art painting comissions meant as a gift for you or a friend will be sold the one of a kind original artwork to be framed by you. If it was just a poster for an event or show or film I will keep the original unless the buyer pays the additional fee to purchase the original painting from me as an added on extra price to the illustration design poster art I had already did for their show or event.
